The Lodge at Harrisburg Lake

What a getaway. If you want to go off the grid=this is the place to do it! We rented the whole lodge for a family birthday bash and everyone loved it-from my 3 yr old granddaughter to 82 yr old mom. The food was excellent. The lake-majestic, the boating was so much fun. We had the peace and tranquility of the lake all to ourselves. Stuart and Denise, the owners were so accommodating. They were warm and friendly and part of the family-singing and drinking with us. Oh-the pub is fabulous, it is Huge-we sang, danced, karaoked, played pool, ping pong and had s'mores around the campfire outside the pub. In the morning, breakfast was served at a leisurely 9am (gotta love that!) and we would suntan around the pool, playing games and laughing. The atmosphere is warm, and friendly, peaceful and rustic. A perfect getaway, a great value and fun for the entire family. We only left the lodge to go on a hike. Otherwise, it was family bonding time. It even rained one day and that just added to the fun! Bring your family and friends-make the place your own. Thanks Denise and Stuart, we all had a blast. No one can stop talking about it!

The Lodge at Harrisburg Lake is simply the best! Stuart, Denise, Alec and Chef Doug made our visit so special. The minute we arrived we were welcomed with open arm’s. The lodge itself is lovely with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The grounds are impeccable along with the large in-ground pool & a large open area for kickball and lacrosse games. The lake and all it offers kept the kids and adults busy for hours. The food was delicious and plentiful. The tavern is family friendly where adults and kids can enjoy themselves. This is truly a magical place that made us all so happy. We can’t wait to visit again !!!

We stopped in on snowmobiles, hot dogs were great and what a cool building and cool history!

I can not express how wonderful this Lodge is! The owners (Stewart and Denise) and the workers (Doug and Alex) were the most friendly, helpful, genuine people I have met. The food was outstanding, the Lodge was clean, the grounds and lake were amazing and the Tavern was especially fun for all ages. This exceeded all our expectations! We will be going back next year.

Staff was so friendly, nice, and accommodating. Stuart, Denise, Doug (Chef Doug’s food is absolutely delicious), and Alec were like family the 4 nights we stayed. Even the local residence at the tavern were so friendly! We had such a blast can not wait till next year!

Well where do I start. I’m sure we have all read a review on a place they visited . If you are looking for a place that offers so much and attention to detail from the first phone call to the last email the day before your event this is your place . Denise and Stewart are great hosts. Food was spectacular and the staff was there every time someone turned around to help with anything we needed. Thanks so much. Dog and pup club .

I can't say enough great things about this place. It is very quiet and has tons of things to do like fishing on the lake, swimming, kayaking, lots of fire pits, game rooms, and a bar on site. If you can go here with a large group I would highly suggest it! Stewart is amazing!

Im writing this after the second time of staying at the Lodge. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. From the first time we were here with my boyfriend, we knew we had to come back. Stuart and Denise and all other employees will go out of their way to make you feel like you’re home. The food is absolutely amazing, breakfast and dinner never disappoint. You have access to the pool, the lake and the tavern is also always a good place to meet people. We really enjoy our stay every time we are here. It’s relaxing, fun, and affordable. Thanks for great memories!
